Skip Loading Optional and Third-Party Plugins

If you’re troubleshooting unexpected behavior in Photoshop, then a third-party plug-in could be causing the problem.

Hold the Shift key then start Photoshop and you’ll get a notice asking you whether or not you would like to skip loading plug-ins. Press “Yes“, then Photoshop will start without enabling 3rd party plugins. You can then determine if your problems were caused by a plugin.
