Re-setting Vertical and Horizontal Text Scale To 100%

If you’ve changed the vertical or horizontal scale of your text through the Character panel, you can reset the vertical scale to 100% by first highlighting the text and then pressing Ctrl Alt Shift X (Mac: Command Option Shift X).

To reset the horizontal scale to 100% press Ctrl Shift X (Mac: Command Shift X).
