Use The Note Tool For Passing Instructions To Others

If you’re working with multiple people on the same Photoshop file, use the Note tool (nested under the Eyedropper tool) to pass instructions to others.

Select the Note tool, and click anywhere on your image. This will create a “Post-It” style note.
