Your choices stick across every tutorial on this device.

Double-click on any text layer’s thumbnail in the layer’s panel to select the text, then press Ctrl H (Mac: Command H) to hide the selection and in the Options Bar, highlight the font name. Press the up and down arrow keys to cycle through your available fonts to see exactly what your text will look like.
